Rev. Lawrence James "Larry" Lalama

After dedicating his life to the Lord and serving others for over 30 years as a minister in the Presbyterian Church, Reverend Lawrence James “Larry” Lalama made his triumphant transition to Glory early Friday morning, September 29, 2023.  

Preceded in death by his parents Louis and Lois (Ogilvie) Lalama, Larry is survived by his wife of over 43 years, Anne Vale (Torrence) Lalama; their three children, Elizabeth (Christian) Anderson, Victoria (David) Datkuliak, and Louis (Kristin) Lalama; 8 grandchildren; and a loving sister, Lore (Jeff) McBain; as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family. 

The family will receive condolences on Friday, October 6, 2023, from 2-4:00 p.m. and from 6-8:00 p.m. at Atkinson Feucht Hare Funeral Home in Massillon, Ohio. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 7, 2023, at Christ Presbyterian Church in Canton, Ohio. The family will also receive condolences prior to the start of services, from 9-11:00 a.m. Saturday morning in the church. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider a donation in Larry’s honor, to the charity of your choice.
