Mary A. Mountain, 54, of Massillon, passed away unexpectedly, of natural causes, at her home, Monday morning, January 11, 2021. Born February 9, 1966, in Etowah, Tennessee, a daughter to Clifford and Edith A. (Host) Nelson, Mary lived most of her adult life in the area and was working as a telemarketer for Life Line Screening. A devoted wife and a loving mom, daughter and aunt, Mary looked after her family and extended family with her whole heart and a quiet personal faith. She loved to shop; would go out of her way to check out a yard sale and was always ready to get started on a new craft project.
Mary is predeceased by her mother, Edith “Minnie” Angelos; her maternal grandmother, Mary; sisters, Karen and Sally Ann; aunts, Georgia, Darlene, Betty and Carol; several uncles and a cousin. Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Jeffrey S. Mountain, of the home, and sons, Daniel, Matthew and James. Also surviving are her step-father, James T. Angelos; brothers, Matthew (Kristi) Young and Lee Young; aunt Linda Williams; uncles, Paul and Larry Host; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Mary will be placed into rest privately, beside her mother, at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. Arrangements have been entrusted to Atkinson Feucht Hare Funeral Home in Massillon. Your memories and condolences are always welcome and may be added to our on-line guestbook at www.atkinsonfeucht.com.
