Harriet Ruth Ruwadi Nemeti, 92, of Massillon, passed away peacefully on Sunday afternoon, March 14, 2021. Born in Massillon, December 14, 1928, to the late Gordon and Glenna Fetrow, Harriet graduated from Washington High School with the Class of 1946. She worked for many years at the former Doctor’s Hospital and then later volunteered at the former Affinity Hospital.

Harriet is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Frank Nemeti. She is survived by her son, Douglas (Donna) Ruwadi, daughter, Debra (Kevin) Nash, and son, David (Jean) Ruwadi; grandsons, Brian (Tiffany) Ruwadi, Michael Flory, David (Sylricka) Ruwadi; granddaughters, Allison (Joseph) Walton and Angela (Jeffrey) Adams; and nine great-grandchildren. Harriet always loved children – especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. They gave her great joy!

The family will gather for a private service and burial. There are no calling hours. The family has suggested memorial contributions made to Jackson Parks, Harbor Light Hospice or a charity of your choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to Atkinson Feucht Hare Funeral Home in Massillon.
