Predeceased by her parents; her husband, William Nealy; sisters, Magnolia, Irene and Willie Smith, and brother, J.D. Smith; Ella is survived by her sisters, Ruby and Clara Smith, both of Baltimore, Maryland and Marie McKlesky, of Akron; brothers, Brady Smith, of Charlotte, North Carolina and Eddie and Dorsey Smith, Jr., both also of Baltimore.  Additional survivors include a large extended family of beloved nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
Home going services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 16, 2018, at First Christian Church in Massillon.  Pastor Steven Gower will officiate and private mausoleum entombment will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive condolences one hour prior to the service, from 10-11:00 Tuesday morning, in the church.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Atkinson Feucht Hare in Massillon.
