Obituary

It is with great sadness that the family and friends of David (Dave) James Krisher announce his passing on May 11, 2022 at the age of 58. 

He enjoyed life to its fullest, always with a smile in his heart and a warm welcome to all he met.  He was always lending a helping hand to anyone in need and enjoyed the lasting friendships he made with close neighbors and friends.

David was born on December 20, 1963 at the Chelsea Naval Hospital in Chelsea, Massachusetts.  Following his high school graduation from Berwick Academy (1982) in Berwick Maine, David headed to Heidelberg University in Tiffin, Ohio where he received a BA in Business Administration in 1986.  David then worked in the hospitality industry for numerous years, followed by jobs at Custom Cartons and Worthington Steel.  He was most proud of Berwick Services Carpet and Furniture Cleaning, a business he founded in 2006.  In his free time, David enjoyed hunting, camping, gardening, and cooking over a charcoal grill.  He also enjoyed listening to Bluegrass music and the dulcimer. 

Surviving family members include his parents, James and Donna (Kilbane) Krisher of Brentwood NH; siblings Cheryl (Krisher) and Tom Nesbitt, Debra (Krisher) and Ernest Biron, Edward and Cathy Krisher, and William and Tammy Krisher. 

David will be greatly missed by all who knew him. 

Calling hours will be conducted Friday afternoon, May 20, 2022, from 2:00-3:30pm at Atkinson Feucht Hare Funeral Home in Massillon, with a funeral service directly following. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society at http://main.acsevents.org/goto/David_Krisher.
