David T. Eberly, II, “Tim” 56, of Navarre, passed away unexpectedly, early Saturday morning, May 1, 2021. Born in Massillon, November 25, 1964, a son to Donna M. (Boughman) and the late David T. Eberly, Tim attended Fairless High School and completed the GED exams. He also received an Associate Degree in Business Management from Stark State College. A loving son and a devoted dad, grandpa, brother and uncle, Tim was an undeniably hard worker, gifted with his hands and willing to take on any project. He always gave 110-percent and brought experience, energy and imagination to everything he did. Focused on a standard of perfection, he would often work by himself from start to finish. But when a job was done, it was done right – and that’s all there was to it. He enjoyed keeping busy and looked forward especially to remodeling projects. Most recently he was working with his son, Elias, at his dealership, AutoMax of Canton. A man of quiet faith, he enjoyed the outdoors, liked working in the yard; loved to fish and tinker on cars. His sons and his grandchildren were and remain his pride and joy.
Predeceased by his dad and his sister, Rebecca, Tim is survived by his sons, Elias Eberly (and Myrissa Irwin), of Jackson Township, Zeb Eberly, of Bullhead City, Arizona, Matthew Eberly (and Tiffany Frank), also of Jackson Twp. and Timothy Eberly, of Navarre; grandchildren, Stephen, Briahnna, Zeno, Ilsa and Alexia Eberly; his mother, Mrs. Donna Eberly, of Navarre; sister Laurie (Greg) Colucy, also of Navarre, brother, Jeffery (Jessie) Eberly, of Canton and his nephews, Alex and Reese Colucy. Tim is also survived by his former wife, Tabitha (Strader) Eberly.
A graveside service and burial will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 10, 2021, at East Union Lawn Cemetery in Navarre. The family will receive condolences from 4-6:00 p.m. Saturday, May 8, at Atkinson Feucht Hare Funeral Home in Navarre.
