Christine Rose-Anne Herbruck

Christine R. Herbruck, 62, of Massillon, passed away unexpectedly, at her home, Saturday evening, December 14, 2024, following a brief period of declining health.

Born in Massillon, May 25, 1962, a daughter to Earl and Diane (Geisinger) Herbruck, Chris graduated from Washington High School with the Class of 1980.  She served honorably in the US Army and had worked in  different capacities with several employers in the area and elsewhere.

A beloved daughter, sister, and friend, Chris enjoyed the company of her family and extended family.  Spontaneous and fun-loving, with a quick smile, she enjoyed playing the slots and table games at the casinos and loved to travel.  She got a kick out of hunting mushrooms; and took pride and satisfaction in keeping a spotless home and keeping her yard and gardens absolutely weed-free!

Preceded in death by her dad; Chris is survived by her mother, Diane, sister, Della Morris-Schaffran, brother, Jonathan (Kathy) Herbruck; her treasured partner of 40 years, Jay Noftsinger; her beloved fur baby, Daisy; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services and military honors were conducted Wednesday afternoon, December 18, 2024, prior to burial at East Union Lawn Cemetery in Navarre.  Atkinson Feucht Hare Funeral Home in Massillon was entrusted with arrangements.  Your memories and condolences are always welcome and may be added here to Chris’s on-line guestbook.
