Bonita Grace "Bonnie" (Kurzen) Bullach

Bonita Grace “Bonnie” Bullach, 71, of Dalton, went home to be with her Lord and Saviour, Jesus, on Friday, December 5, 2025. 

Bonnie was born in Massillon, on February 9, 1954, to Edwin and Lois (Smith) Kurzen.  She graduated from Tuslaw High School with the Class of 1972, and went on to study education at Malone University.  Bonnie married Tom in June of 1977. 

Bonnie spent her years as the most consistent, wonderful, and loving mother raising her five children. Bonnie was so full of life and fierce faith. She lived her life in service to God and her family, and was a prayer warrior for all who surrounded her. She treasured and supported all the dreams of her children and grandchildren. 

Bonnie was the heartbeat of her family. There was nothing she loved more than getting her family together whether it was a holiday, vacation, or just because. She never let a family member's birthday go by without a card, including great nieces & nephews. She loved making her home a beautiful sanctuary for hosting and enjoyed landscaping and bird watching. Her favorite part of every day was spending time with God with a dog by her side.

Preceded in death by parents Edwin & Lois Kurzen; Bonnie is survived by her husband Thomas Bullach, their children, Ben (Kate) Bullach, Katie Bullach (and fiance, Joe Lauper), Ashley Bullach, Heather Bullach, and Josiah (Allison) Bullach; grandsons Charles, Nate, and William Bullach; siblings Wayne (Angie) Kurzen, Ron (Patti) Kurzen, and Carol Newsome; dozens of nieces and nephews who adored her; and her beloved dog, Bella. 

A celebration of life will be held at Stanwood Community Church on Monday, December 8. Calling hours from 4:30-6:30 p.m., and the service at 7:00 p.m.
