William Maxhimer Obituary

William L. Maxhimer, age 88, of Massillon finished his earthly journey Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Amherst Meadows. Bill was born in Massillon September 28, 1929 son of the late Ray and Nellie Maxhimer and was a US army veteran in the Korean War. He was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister. Surviving is his beloved wife, Vivian E. (Klett) Maxhimer; children, Kimberly (Russell) Boughman, Eric Maxhimer and Amy Maxhimer; grandchildren, Melissa (Tom) Davis and Molly (Michael) Archer; and great-grandchildren, Cali and Cash Davis. Private services were held and burial was in Union Lawn Cemetery in Navarre. The family wishes to thank Amherst Meadows and Harbor Light Hospice for their gentle, loving care.
