Robert Paul Chovan Jr., 59, of Massillon, passed away peacefully Saturday, September 16, 2017. Born in Massillon, August 28, 1958, a son to Robert P. and Ruth E. (Cole) Chovan, Sr., Bob graduated from Washington High School and hadworked for the Heinz Corporation. He resided in Massillon all of his life and was a member of St John's Lutheran Church.
Preceded in death by his mother, Ruth; he is survived by his father, Robert Chovan Sr.; his brother David (Sherri) Chovan; one nephew, and two nieces.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 20, 2017, at St. John's Lutheran Church in Massillon. A lunch will follow at the church. Arrangements have been entrusted to Atkinson Feucht Hare Funeral Home in Massillon.
